Unbreakscape text (unescape bitmark special characters).
Parameters
- input: string
  The text to unbreakscape.
- options: BreakscapeOptions = {}
  Unbreakscape options (e.g. { format: "plainText", location: "tag" }).
Returns string
Unbreakscaped text.
